Worldwide shipping
All flutes are shipped worldwide. To estimate your shipping cost use the calculator on the cart page (available when the cart is full). I take measures to ensure a quality service, including full insurance and offering carbon-neutral certified shipping options.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery time for orders within the Eurozone (DPD) is approximately 2-5 business days. Orders outside Europe shipping with UPS express take approximately 5 business days to arrive, if shipping with regular mail approximately 3 weeks (outside EU).
Please understand I do not have full control over the delivery process, nor local custom procedures. I do everything possible to make the shipping process as smooth and fast as possible by preparing and shipping your flute in time, and clearly documenting your order for custom procedures. But even so delivery times are indicative and can have unexpected delays.
No additional fees within the EU, nor to USA (for orders below USD 800)
All orders within the eurozone are guaranteed free of any additional charges. Also orders below USD 800 that are send to the United States are free from all duties. If you're unsure about the USD value of your order, use this currency convertor to calculate your order value.
If you are ordering from outside the EU, please be aware that in some cases, additional costs may be charged by your government depending on where you are located. Import duties and/or taxes can also be imposed on orders to the United states with a value above USD 800. Please be informed that these charges (if applicable) are your responsibility. It is not possible for me to indicate whether they apply or not, or to include these local taxes and/or fees in the price of my instruments. They depend solely on your local custom authorities.
